Evidence-calibrated atomic centers × nested-isotope MEFI dynamics
Periodic Coherence Monitor
Every element now uses its audited frequency record: NIST neutral-atom spectral centroids where documented, observed dominant transitions where centroid support is limited, and clearly identified ionization-threshold anchors for the least accessible heavy elements. These evidence inputs drive every tile, chart, tooltip, isotope corridor, and export; the downstream MEFI dynamics remain exploratory model outputs.

Shape reveals balance; collapse toward one axis exposes a dominant modeled term.
Harmonic transfer spectrumdriver vs MEFI output power
Compares retained fundamental energy and higher-order response structure.
Controlled driver and complete-core responsetime trace · live phase cursor
Purple is the controlled excitation; green is the normalized full-core response. The moving cursor drives the live inspector.
Cycle-fold phase coherencecycle rows · peak-phase trail · correlation
Green cells are positive response, red cells negative response, and the white path tracks peak phase from cycle to cycle.
Group × period response surfaceselected metric across periodic structure
Preserves periodic position while exposing the active modeled metric as a continuous surface.
Pinned-node phase portraitloop area exposes memory
Pin up to four nodes. Wider loops indicate greater modeled response memory or phase separation.
Interpretation boundary: displayed element centers and support limits are documented evidence inputs, with their frequency role and tier shown explicitly. A threshold anchor is not an optical centroid, and a method-benchmark band is not a measured uncertainty. MEFI isotope centers, nested occupations, stability bandwidth, ΔQ drift, UFR lock, friction, coherence, and generated traces are deterministic exploratory outputs. Isotope-to-state assignments remain provisional until isotope-specific MEFI observations distinguish them.
