Each NOAA/NWS station parameter retains its published unit. ΔQ is recalculated from consecutive reports and inserted into the complete formula using the time-aligned or latest held live kᵣ(t), kᶜ(t), r(t), and fUFR(t), so every FMEFI result cell remains populated and its frame status is explicit.

Earth UFR supplies Open-Meteo NOAA GFS model fields and direct NOAA/NWS surface station observations. Arrows show model wind vectors at the selected level and time; yellow markers are time-aligned station observations. Pressure tendency is selected pressure minus the same grid point six hours earlier. These are weather propagation patterns, not proof of UFR causation.

MEFI Core-State Comparison (ΔQ / derived Earth UFR)
Time-aligned Earth UFR core-formula results are preferred. If that package is absent, the monitor reacquires the timestamped public Earth and solar readings, recalculates the same MEFI parameterization locally, and keeps every complete-formula result populated from the latest valid live core frame.
